As Managing Director, Richard is passionate about developing the business to meet the increasing demands of clients' net zero requirements and is constantly seeking ways of improving service. He is a Chartered Surveyor and a qualified energy assessor, setting Braithwaite Energy up in response to the legal requirement for EPCs in 2008.
Finance & Business Development Manager — Finance & Business Development
Sinead joined Braithwaite Energy in February 2023 and is based in York. During her free time she enjoys fun days out with the family visiting the wonderful sights of North Yorkshire.
Office Coordinator — Scheduling & Client Support
Hannah coordinates the office, keeping instructions, assessor scheduling and client updates running smoothly across the national survey programme.
Assessor — EPC, DEC & Section 63
Colin, based in the North of Scotland, has been with Braithwaite Energy since 2016 and an Energy Assessor since 2008. Colin is also DEC and Section 63 qualified and has a strong background in commercial and retail property from his previous 30-year ownership of an estate agency. Outside work Colin enjoys curling and golf.
Assessor — Energy Assessment & Sustainability
Ross joined Braithwaite Energy in June 2021. Ross has been an Energy Assessor since 2016 and has a strong background in sustainability. Ross enjoys international travel, extreme sports and arts and crafts.
Assessor — Level 5 NDEA
Joe has been with Braithwaite Energy since March 2020 and is based in Coventry. Joe has been an Energy Assessor since 2015 and is qualified for Level 5 NDEA assessments. Joe enjoys combining malt, yeast and water to make both bread and beer, playing retro games and gardening.
EPC Modeller & Assessor — Energy Modelling
Gabriel has been with Braithwaite Energy since 2022 and an Energy Assessor since 2020. Having started out in Rugby, he now works remotely on modelling. In his spare time Gabriel likes travelling and working out.
Assessor — Level 5 NDEA
Alex, based in Rugby, joined Braithwaite Energy in 2022. Alex has been an Energy Assessor since 2018 and is qualified for Level 5 NDEA assessments. Alex's hobbies are woodworking and crafting, and he has an impressive home workshop.
Team Member — Client Delivery
Charlotte works within the client delivery team, supporting instructions, reporting and day-to-day communication with clients across the UK.
Chief Welfare Officer — Morale & Wellbeing
Chester holds the important post of Chief Welfare Officer, keeping morale high in the office and ensuring nobody works through lunch without being noticed.
